By car, take the turn off Oakridge Road for Oakridge Junior School. If the barrier is down, drive up to it, and it should lift. There is a car park on the left before the school gate, with a short footpath leading to the hall. (Please don't park on the gravel area in front of the Community Centre off Upton Crescent).

The Community Centre is a 15 minute walk from Basingstoke Train Station, up Chapel Hill and Sherborne Road.
